Worksheet

The Worksheet module is designed to quickly and accurately estimate a swimming pool project.
With the click of a button worksheet can produce an automated line item quote.
  • Enter swimming pool, spa and screen enclosure specification.
  • Smart fields and drop down list help make entering data a breeze.
  • Instant calculations.
  • Your customer can watch as you enter the specs because the calculations on screen are retail.
  • Prices are gathered from your company’s Prices! database.



Presets
When a new worksheet is created it uses the preferences that are stored here.
  • Record defaults like pool area, tile and interior finish.
  • The items created here are added to drop down menus in the worksheet and will populate the worksheet with the specifications you have entered.



Quote
  • Quotes are created from the Worksheet and stored here.
  • Quotes are broken down into items quoted and items offered.
  • Items offered are listed at the bottom of the quote but not included in the quote total.
  • Prices can be edited.
  • Line items can be reorganized or deleted.
  • New line items can be added.
  • Eyes only notes can be entered that are not printed with the quote.

Costsheet

  • The Costsheet can not be edited is stored with the Quote.
  • The Costsheet will contain the original Worksheet specifications and prices.
  • This can be used as a check system against the Quote at the time of a sale.




Correspondence
  • All correspondence is created and tracked here.
  • You can create and send Email, Letters and Faxes.
  • Design templates for reoccurring correspondence with company logos.





Prices
  • The prices module stores the company’s prices in a database that is password protected.
  • Administrative access allows prices to be edited.
  • When price changes occur, the Price module can be updated to the salesmen by replacement.



Commissions
  • Salesmen can create and track commission request.
  • Request forms autofill based on the selected Quote.




Change Orders


  • Newly created Change Orders are autofilled based on the selected Contact.
  • Enter line items and associated cost. Totals are calculated in a ready to print form.
